In his first year as the Rock’s Head Coach, he and his staff led the Rocks to the Semi-Finals of the 2001 State Championship. The Rocks have qualified for the playoffs eight of the last ten years, and were the Regional Champions in 2001, 2003, and 2007; as well as Regional Runners-Up in 2006 and 2009.

Coach Crager will begin his 10th year coaching at Dublin Coffman High School. He is a graduate of West Jefferson H.S. and Capital University, where he was a four year starter on defense. He teaches in the Special Education Department and is the F.C.A. Huddle Leader for the football team. Coach Crager and his wife Andrea are the proud parents of two children and are expecting their 3rd sometime this fall. Curtis Jr. is 3 years old and Baby Kierstyn is 15 months.

Coach Finan is in his 11th year at Dublin Coffman and has been with Coach Crabtree since 1995. Coach Finan and his wife Mary, have been married for 36 years and have two sons: Colin and Daniel. Coach Finan is the Attendance Counselor at Dublin Coffman High School.

Coach Sloas will be entering his 10th year of coaching at Dublin Coffman. He is the Leo's Coach. Coach Sloas spent three years with the Freshman team assisting Coach Rathburn. He will be entering his 7th year coaching varsity.
Coach Hicks is coaching for his 16th year at Dublin Coffman, with past experiences at McConnelsville, Ohio. He teaches Math at Dublin Coffman. He attended both Muskingum and Ohio University, where he was a 1994 graduate. He is proud to be part of a community that supports both academics and athletics. Bob's wife Suzanne, is a Guidance Counselor at Davis Middle School in Dublin. Bob and Suzanne have two sons, Hunter (8) and Carter (5).

Coach Turner begins his 22nd year of coaching, this being his 11th season with the Rocks. He previously served as offensive line coach under Coach Crabtree at Fisher Catholic and Columbus St. Charles. He is a graduate of Hebron Lakewood High School and earned a B.S. in Secondary Social Studies Education from The Ohio State University. Coach Turner teaches U.S. Government and IB History at Coffman High School. He and his wife, Jennifer, a Registered Nurse at Fairfield Medical Center, reside in Pataskala. Their son, Bryant is 8, and daughter, Ayla, is 4.

Coach Cutler is in his fourth year of coaching at Dublin Coffman. He is a 2003 graduate of Jonathan Alder High School, where he earned All-State honors as a linebacker. He is a 2008 graduate of Bowling Green State University, with a major in Education. He was also a member, and four year letter winner for the Falcons, who made three bowl appearances during his tenure. He is a recent inductee of The National Honor Society, in recognition of superior academic performance ad excellence in inter-collegiate football. He is the third and youngest son of Tom and Sue Cutler.

This year marks Coach Nemeth's 7th year coaching at Coffman. After spending 6 years coaching the freshman football team, most recently as the defensive coordinator, he joins the varsity program as an assistant coach. He is a 1995 graduate of Cleveland Villa Angela-Saint Joseph High School and a 2000 graduate of The Ohio State University. He currently teaches fourth grade at Glacier Ridge Elementary School in Dublin. Coach Nemeth and his wife Lisa live in Dublin. They are proud parents of Griffin Michael, who will be celebrating his first birthday on September 13th.

Coach Ullery is coaching his fourth season at Dublin Coffman High School. He currently teaches Math at Dublin Coffman. Coach Ullery attended The Ohio State University where he majored in Mathematics.

Coach Cassidy is entering his third year at Dublin Coffman. Before arriving at Coffman, Cassidy spent two seasons at Lake High School, and served as a defensive back position coach for two years at his college Alma Mater, The University of Findlay. His resume also includes coaching six years at Reynoldsburg High School, under Head Coach Tony Pusateri. Kevin is a 1979 Graduate of The University of Findlay, where he played for legendary College Football Hall of Fame Coach, Dick Strahm. Kevin was named All-American and Captain of Findlay's first undefeated team. In addition, Kevin had the honor of being inducted into the 1996 University of Findlay's Athletic Hall of Fame. Kevin and his wife Cindy, have two adult children, Sean and BrianneCoach Sims has been an assistant under Coach Crabtree at Fisher Catholic, St. Charles, and Dublin Coffman. Coach Sims attended Fisher Catholic and graduated from Ramapo High School in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. He went on to play baseball at Elon College. Coach Sims is the proud father of two daughters, Allie (14) and Maddie (10)
