MARK CRABTREE
Coach Mark Crabtree will begin his ninth season as Head Football Coach at Dublin Coffman High School, with a record of 70 - 25 in the last 7 years (120-44 overall). In his first year as the Rocks Head Coach, he and his staff led the Rocks to the Semi-Finals of the 2001 State Championship. The Rocks have qualified for the playoffs six of the last seven years, and were the Regional Champions in both 2001 and 2003, and 2007; as well as Regional Runners-Up in 2006. Prior to Dublin Coffman, Coach Crabtree held the position of Head Football Coach at St. Charles Prep for two seasons, 1999 and 2000, where he helped lead them to a playoff appearance in 2000. Coach Crabtree was also the Head Coach at William V. Fisher Catholic High School from 1995-1998. During the four years at Fisher Catholic, his teams won three league championships, had three play-off appearances, and were State Runners-Up in 1998. Prior to being a head coach, Coach Crabtree was the Defensive Coordinator for St. Francis DeSales High School for seven seasons. During that time, the Stallions were State Runners-up in 1990 and Semi-finalists in 1991. Coach Crabtree was named Mid-State League Coach of the Year in 1995, 1996, and 1997; Central District Coaches Association Coach of the Year in 1995, 1997, and 1998; and the AP State of Ohio Division II Coach of the Year in 2000; and the ohio Capital Conference Coach of the Year in 2007. Coach Crabtree has been married to his wife Jennifer since December, 1994. They have 4 children: Evan (13), Luke (9), Kinsey (7), and Dane (3). The Crabtree's reside in Dublin and are members of St. Brigid of Kildare Catholic Church, where they assist with the Pre-Cana program

CURTIS CRAGER - Safeties
Coach Crager will begin his 8th year coaching at Dublin Coffman, his 13th year coaching football. His past experience includes Hilliard Darby H.S. and West Jefferson H.S., where he served as Head Coach for two seasons. He is a graduate of West Jefferson H.S. and Capital University, where he was a four year starter on defense. He teaches in the Special Education Department and is the F.C.A. Huddle Leader at Coffman High School. Coach Crager and his wife Andrea, have one son, Curtis Jr.

MIKE "MAC" MCNEIL - Running Backs
Coach McNeil begins his 5th season coaching for Coffman, his 9th as a coach. Coach McNeil was a 3 year letterman and a 1993 graduate of Dover High School. He was a 4 year football letterman and 1998 graduate of Malone College. He went on to earn his M.A. in Educational Leadership from the University of Dayton in 2002. He teaches in the Dublin City School District for Wyandot Elementary. Coach McNeil, his wife, Becky, and his two daughters Melanie and Madison reside in Dublin.

KEVIN FINAN -  Ends and Leo's
Coach Finan is in his 9th year at Dublin Coffman and has been with Coach Crabtree since 1995. Coach Finan and his wife, Mary, have been married for 34 years and have two sons; Colin and Daniel. Coach Finan is the Attendance Counselor at Dublin Coffman High School.

TYLER SLOAS - Inside Linebackers
Coach Sloas will be entering his 8th year of coaching at Dublin Coffman. He is the Inside Linebackers Coach. Coach Sloas spent three years on the Freshman team with Coach Rathburn. He will be entering his 5th year coaching Varsity. He is also the JV Defensive Coordinator.

BOB HICKS - Receivers
Coach Hicks is coaching for his 15th year at Dublin Coffman, with past experience at McConnelsville, Ohio. He teaches Math at Dublin Coffman. He attended both Muskingum and Ohio University, where he was a 1994 graduate. He is proud to be part of a community that supports both academics and athletics. Bob's wife, Suzanne, is a Guidance Counselor at Davis Middle School in Dublin. Bob and Suzanne have two sons, Hunter (6), and Carter (3).

TOM TURNER - Offensive Line
Coach Turner begins his 20th year of coaching, this being his 9th season with the Rocks; he previously served as offensive line coach under Coach Crabtree at Fisher Catholic and Columbus St. Charles. He is a graduate of Hebron Lakewood High School and earned a B.S. in Secondary Social Studies Education from The Ohio State University. Coach Turner teaches World History at Dublin Coffman High School, and is House D team leader. He and his wife, Jennifer, a registered nurse at Fairfield Medical Center, reside in Pataskala. Their son, Bryant, will turn 6 in October, and in daughter Ayla is 2.

KYLE CUTLER - Inside Linebackers
Coach Cutler is in his second year of coaching at Dublin Coffman.  He is a 2003 graduate of Jonathan Alder high School, where he earned all-state honors as a linebacker.  He is a 2008 graduate of Bowling Green state university, with a major in Education.  He was also a member, and four year letter winner for the Falcons, who made three bowl appearances during his tenure.  he was a recent inductee of The National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame Hampshire Honor Society, in recognition of superior academic performance and excellence in intercollegiate football.  He is the third and youngest son of Tom and Sue Cutler.
 
STEVE GEHLERT - Quarterbacks

This will be Coach Gehlert's second year of coaching football for the Shamrocks, with past experience in Worthington City schools and SouthWestern City Schools.  He  teaches Spanish at Dublin Coffman High School.  He transferred from Ohio State to Mount Union College where he played football and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Spanish and Education in 2001, and obtained his Master's Degree in Educational Policy and Leadership from Ohio State in 2006.  Steve and his wife Taryn have two children, Noah, age 3, and Charlotte who is nineteen months old.  

MIKE WILSON - Outside Linebackers
This is Coach Wilson's second year coaching at Dublin Coffman, and eighth year overall.  He teaches 7th grade Science and Social studies at Whitehall.  Coach Wilson attended Defiance for two years, but transferred to Bowling Green University where he graduated in 2001.  Mike's wife Alisha, teaches health and is the W.E.A. President, also in Whitehall.  They have a son Seth (2).  Coach Wilson enjoys being part of the tradition and athletic excellence at Dublin Coffman High School.

DAN FINAN - Interior Defensive Line

Coach Finan is entering his 9th season of coaching football. This will be his 7th season with the Rocks. Coach Finan spent the last two seasons coaching the Defensive Line at Ohio Dominican University. He is a recent graduate of Ohio Dominican University with his Special Education license, and will be student teaching at Dublin Coffman High School, this fall.

BRENT ULLERY- Wide Receivers

Coach Ullery is coaching his first season at Dublin Coffman. He coached last year in Dayton, at his Alma Mater, Centerville High School. He currently teaches Math at Dublin Coffman High School. Coach Ullery attended The Ohio State University, where he majored in Mathematics.

KEVIN CASSIDY- Cornerbacks

Coach Cassidy is entering his first year at Dublin Coffman. Before arriving at Coffman, Cassidy spent two seasons at Lake High School and served as a defensive back position coach for two years at his college alma mater, The University of Findlay. His resume also includes coaching six years at Reynoldsburg High School, coaching under Head Coach Tony Pusateri.
Kevin is a 1979 graduate of The University of Findlay, where he played for legendary college Football Hall of Fame Coach, Dick Strahm. Kevin was named All-American and Captain of Findlay’s first undefeated team. In addition, he had the honor of being inducted into the 1996 University of Findlay’s Athletic Hall of Fame. Coach Cassidy is entering his 29th year of marriage with wife Cindy, and they have two children, Sean (27) and Brianne (25).
